Scott is enrolled with the Sexual Health Alliance in pursuit of certification as a Sex Therapist.

Lauren Winders, MA, ALC

I help women empower themselves and gain independence. In a world of modern dating and social media, it’s easy to feel like you’re “not enough.” I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach to help you build the confidence to reach your goals. I show up authentically in the therapeutic relationship to foster an environment for my clients to do the same.

I offer Walk and Talk therapy for Limestone and Madison Counties, telehealth, and in-person sessions. My scheduling offers evenings and weekends to find a time that works for you! I am LGBTQ+ friendly, sex-worker friendly, and sex-positive. I'm practicing under the supervision of Laura Kutys, LPC-S.
