Working in the criminal justice system, I didn’t initially set out to become a sex therapist, but I quickly realized that some of the most important conversations people needed to have were the ones they were most afraid to start.

The more I learned about sexuality, relationships, intimacy, and shame, the more passionate I became about helping people navigate those experiences with curiosity instead of judgment.

Today, I work with individuals and couples facing everything from desire differences and relationship struggles to problematic sexual behaviors and the complicated messages many of us received about sex growing up.

I genuinely love this work. Human sexuality is messy, fascinating, deeply personal, and one of the most meaningful areas where growth and healing can happen. It’s a privilege to walk alongside people as they figure out what that journey looks like for them.
